Returns
If your purchase didn't work out and you'd like to send it back, get in touch with us by email or phone within 30 days of receiving your order to qualify for a full refund. Important: any returned item must arrive in the same condition you received it, with original packaging intact.
Customers cover return shipping costs unless the item is defective or wasn't what was advertised.
Sale and discounted items are final — they can't be returned for store credit or refunded back to the original payment method. All returns must be in original condition with packaging in good shape. Refunds (when applicable)
Once we receive your return and confirm the item is in good order, your refund is processed within 7 business days back to your original payment method. For refund-specific questions, reach us at info@trendingchoice.com.
Conditions on Refunds
Important: once a return has been started, items have 14 days to reach our warehouse. If they don't arrive within that window, we reserve the right to deny returns that don't meet the conditions of this policy — including items that show signs of use, alteration, washing, damage, or missing components. Any cases that suggest abuse or fraud will be addressed accordingly.
My order arrived damaged or it's missing
If you receive a broken, defective, or incorrect item, let us know within 30 days of delivery and include a photo. We'll either send a replacement or issue a full refund — your call. If you'd prefer to send the item back, we cover the shipping. If tracking says your order was delivered but you can't locate it, we recommend reaching out to your local carrier first. Sale Items
Only items at regular price can be refunded. Sale items can't be refunded or canceled.
